• We cannot accept post-dated checks...they will be returned to you.
• All applications must be completed; otherwise they will not be processed.
• All permits (SALES) must be closed prior to calling for a Certificate of Occupancy inspection.
• No one is allowed to occupy or move in without a Certificate of Occupancy being issued.
