Repeated large doses of benzodiazepines are associated with hostility, irritability, amnesia, vivid or disturbing dreams, tolerance and dependence.
Withdrawal from benzodiazepines is similar to alcohol withdrawal and may require hospitalization. Abrupt withdrawal may cause confusion, psychosis, convulsions and other effects similar to DT’s (delirium Tremens) that may be experienced during alcohol withdrawal.
Categories of Benzodiazepines:

- Insomnia
- Tremor
